It is difficult to sit still and study for an exam. Before you even begin, you might spend hours going over your materials or speaking with friends or family members who are taking the test.

When there is so much information coming at once, it can be daunting.

When you realize there's just one way out: finish what you started, the physical feelings in your gut tighten up into tight muscles that make it difficult to breathe or think clearly.

When you're studying for a test, you're likely to feel stressed and anxious, but at least now I can relieve some of that pressure.
